Our Beginnings...
We started Punch It because after working in the construction industry for years, we saw a real need for an experienced team to come in at the end of the project and take care of all the small details that were holding up completion. All too often the different trades would pass the buck or scheduling call backs were a logistical nightmare.
So we assembled a team of experienced qualified professionals to fill in the gaps, both figurative and literally!

Our Team
We have organized a great team. From our senior management to our entry level workers, we work hard to recognize talent and promote from within. Our goal has always been to reward loyalty and hard, work with training and opportunities to grow within our organization.
Paul Marczynski
Paul is a great guy with an interesting back story. After founding Painters Unlimited, he later sold that company as he became interetersted in the construction industry on a larger scale.
Carlos Noya
As experienced construction industry professionals, Carlos noticed an opportunity to improve the process in the last stages of construction. He co-founded Punch It Services to help commercial construction clients cross the finish line efficiently and effectively.
