Alexan Central Park

Alexan Central Park is a luxury apartment community with a modern design located in Redmond,Washington featuring 193 units built by Graham Construction.
The eight story build featured 193 high-end units, with units ranging from 946-2503 square feet. On the street level, this building features nearly 4,000 square feet of commercial retail space. This project was completed in June 2020.

888 Bellevue Apartments
- Bellevue WA
The 888 apartments are a collection of 160 luxury residences located in the heart of downtown Bellevue in a stunning high-rise building built by Chinn Construction.
The award-winning architecture and designer grade finishes required perfect work from all our finishing crews. Each unit had features like custom closets and under-mount cabinet lighting that required a high attention to detail to ensure that the future residents would be satisfied with every inch of their new home. The 888 apartments are LEED Gold certified and were completed in April 2020.

The Village at Westgate

The Village at Westgate is a 91 unit luxury community in Edmonds Washington comprising of apartments and commercial spaces built by W.G Clark Construction.
The Village at Westgate was the first mixed-use building of it’s kind in the newly rezoned Westgate District! With it being the first of its kind in the area, only the highest quality of finishing was an option. Every detail of our work was meticulously completed to ensure that this project would be a statement in the portfolio of everyone involved. This community wound up being a finalist for the 2020 NAIOP Washington Night of the Stars Awards!

The Ivy Apartment community is a mixed-use apartment building with a campus-like feel located in Seattle, Washington featuring 117 units built by Graham Construction.
This eight story building has over 81,000 square feet of living space, with studio and one bedroom apartments ranging in size from 362-853 square feet of living space. This building has a design that creates a relaxing, and peaceful urban oasis. This project was completed in 2020.

Chloe on Madison
- Seattle WA
Chloe on Madison is a high-end apartment community with a modern, community focused design located in Pike & Pine corridor of Seattle, Washington featuring 137 units built by Chinn Construction.
This six story build features over 82,000 square feet of living space, with studio, one, and two bedroom apartments ranging from 388-1,034 square feet. On the street level, Chloe on Madison offers 3,900 SF of retail space, bringing the total rentable space to over 86,000 SF. This LEED platinum certified project was completed in 2018.

Kinect at Broadway
- Everett WA
Kinect at Broadway is a 140 unit apartment community in Everett Washington consisting of studio, one, and two bedroom units built by American Home Builders.
The Kinect at Broadway community was built with a goal of helping to revitalize the Broadway area of Everett. With a lot of anticipation from the community, this building needed to be perfect when it came time for residents to move in. Our finishing crews went over each unit with a fine tooth comb to ensure this building met not only the expectations of The General Contractor and Developer, but also the community. This project was completed in early 2020.
